The software is confidential and copyrighted. Title to the software and all associated intellectual property rights is retained by James Nord
You may not reverse engineer or decompile the binary code.
You may not re-distribute it without my consent - ask me if you want to do this
You acknowledge that the software is not designed, licensed or intended for use in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of any nuclear facility, flight control or any other life-critical system.
The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the software. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from James Nord if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon Termination, you must destroy all copies of Software.
